§1. Requirements for participation – Registration

By accepting the General Conditions of Use the registered user gives his consent to agree with the valid edition of the General Conditions of Use.
When registering the user has the free choice of username and password. The use confirms the true indication of his contact data and the relevant user group. The profile created by the user can be erased by the user himself at any time (My profile – erase profile) with the result that all services utilised under this username such as registration to seminars, participation in lotteries and similar will also be erased.
We reserve the right to decline usernames which are unlawful, offensive, pornographic, discriminatory or glorify violence, or which are applicable to damage in public the reputation of our range of services offered. This also applies to the use of unsavoury or ambiguous terms and other terms which give reason to being illegal.

§2. Functionality of the online services

The user gets information and additional value services especially tailored to his needs by indicating the user group.

§3. Anonymity

A high degree of anonymity is achieved by querying only few personal-related data which are required for registration.
The collected data are recorded for statistical purposes only and not made available to third parties.

§4. Data protection

All user-related data collected while using the services offered will be kept confidential.
The handling of user-related data is based on the general data protection rules regulated by law. The personal user data are not transferred to third parties (except in case of violation of rules such as criminal acts, notification requirement etc. as stipulated in the General Conditions of Use). We reserve the right to verify the data and edit them if necessary.

§5. Unauthorised access to system

Access to the system or parts of the system of the range of services offered by unfair means and/or methods is forbidden . We reserve the right to take legal steps and file charges if necessary in case of violation of these rules.

§6. Availability

The system is supported at regular working hours. The user has no right to the availability at certain times or to responses by the owner within certain periods of time.

§7. Entitlement to additional value services

All additional value services for registered users are voluntary services of the provider. The user has no right to the contents made available.
The provider reserves the right to update additional value services or to amend his service offer for the respective user groups.
