16.11.2020 - PCI has won the coveted award Architects' Darling in Gold twice this year, in the product categories 'Waterproofing' and 'Adhesives/Mortar'. More than 2,000 architects and planners took part in the nationwide largest industry survey and assessed the offerings of the construction industry in 24 product categories.
Within the scope of this year's digital award ceremony due to Corona on 16 November, PCI received the coveted Architects' Darling Award in Gold in the categories 'Waterproofing' and 'Adhesive/Mortar'. The surveyed architects and planners were convinced by the holistic PCI portfolio in both product categories with high quality, reliable and durable products that are easy to apply. Fabian Ladenburger, Head of Marketing Management PCI, is pleased about the double first place: "Our maxim is best quality with regard to all product properties - easy processing, reliable application, ecologically safe ingredients. We are proud to have been awarded the Gold Award twice and this shows once again that our system solutions are convincing all round".
The Architects' Darling Award is not the first one for the PCI Group. In the past years the company has already won the award several times in different categories, most recently in 2019 with the THOMSIT brand for the best image/corporate film.
The Architects' Darling Award of the Heinze publishing house has been awarded since 2011. For the product award, which evaluates products from the construction industry in 24 categories, up to 100,000 architects and planners were surveyed in 2020. The winner is the product that scores the most points in the survey in defined criteria (quality, innovation, value for money, durability, sustainability, advice and brand trust). The award is organized by the information service provider for the construction industry, Heinze GmbH, in Celle.
