Included in the BASt list (German Transport Authorities) and the BAW list (German Federal Waterways Engineering and Research Institute) , PCI Peciment 50 is tested in accordance with ZTV-ING and quality controlled in accordance with TL/TP BE-PCC. Tested in compliance with ZTV-W LB 219.
Tested for the application in facilities for storage, filling and handling of hazardous goods.
Ready to use when mixed with water.
For layer thickness from 10 to 50 mm, to be applied on floors in one layer up to a thickness of 50 mm.
Resistant to wear and ageing, achieves high strength.
Low shrinkage and crack-free curing with appropriate post-treatment, even in case of dynamical stress during the application and curing time.
High resistance to carbonation, the corrosion-protective effect of the cement is retained.
Resistant to frost and de-icing salt, multi-purpose use indoors and out.
Impermeable to water.
Permeable to water vapour.
Resistant to bitumen.

For concrete repair and new installation of bonded coverings and for the preventive and additional protection of concrete surfaces on bridges or comparable civil engineering construction to ZTV-ING and maintenance guideline for the following applications:
PCC I: Surfaces exposed to traffic, subject to dynamical stress (e.g. under bridge coverings).
PCC II: Surfaces not exposed to traffic, subject to dynamical stress (e.g. undersides of bridges).
For layer thickness from 10 – 50 mm.
