As gauging liquid to produce bonding slurries - For bonded screed, render and for new concrete on old concrete.
- As coarse render before laying tiles in a thick bed on concrete surfaces, e.g. in swimming pools.
As additive for the modification of mortar and render - For patching mortar to repair damaged concrete surfaces and render.
- For render on concrete and masonry.
- For fine mortar to repair and level exposed concrete surfaces if the structure is to be maintained.

- Resistant to saponification, free from secretion and additives stimulating corrosion.

As additive for the modification of mortar and render - Plasticising properties, better workability and easier application of mortar and render.
- Helps increase the wear resistance of mortar, less abrasion, thus longer product life.
- Helps increase the resistance of mortar to water, oil and saline solutions.
- Improved bending tensile strength, helps achieve a stress-free setting process, even with large areas.
- Crack-free curing, reduces movements in the mortar.
