Areas of application
- For indoor and outdoor.
- For wall and floor.
- For all ceramic coverings laid in a thin bed or medium bed: non-vitrified tiles, vitrified tiles, fully-vitrified tiles, porcelain mosaic, glass mosaic, glass tiles, brick tiles and terracotta.
- For laying natural stones insensitive to staining.
- For laying especially large-format floor tiles.
- For laying tiles and flagstones on PCI PowerBoard foam support elements, PCI Polysilent impact sound insulation and isolation board as well as PCI Pecilastic isolating fabric underlay.
- For laying tiles and flagstones on the bonded waterproofing systems PCI Lastogum, PCI Seccoral 1K/2K Rapid, or PCI Apoflex F/W and waterproofing membranes, e.g., Pecilastic W.
- For laying on underfloor heating, in outdoor areas, and in residential and industrial areas.
- For repairing and leveling irregular surfaces before laying tiles and flagstones.
Product features
- Unique lightweight filler combination allows for very energy-efficient work and increases carrying comfort.
- Extremely high yield, double coverage compared to 'normal' tile adhesives.
- Extremely easy to work with, can be applied to the substrate like butter.
- Low shrinkage during the curing phase, mortar can be applied in a thin bed or medium bed up to a thickness of 10 mm.
- Variable adjustable, the desired consistency can be set depending on the amount of mixing water.
- Long skin formation time, allowing a long time slot for safely laying the tiles.
- Flexible, compensates elongations of the substrate caused by variations in temperature.
- Dust reduced, less development of dust when opening the bag, pouring and mixing the product.
- CO2 reduced - causes lower CO2 emissions compared to a conventional product.
- Very low emissions - GEV EMICODE EC1 PLUS.
- Low in chromates.
- Complies with:
- the guideline "Flexmörtel (flexible mortar)" issued by Deutsche Bauchemie e.V. (German Construction Chemicals Industry)
- C2 TE S1 according to DIN EN 12004
- Is part of the general building authority test certificate for composite waterproofing in connection with PCI composite waterproofing systems such as PCI Lastogum, PCI Seccoral 1K/2K Rapid, PCI Apoflex F/W, and PCI Pecilastic W. All test certificates are available at www.pci-augsburg.de.

This consumption calculation included in the program contains approximate values based on experiences which might considerably vary upwards and also downwards depending on the structure of substrate, type of tiles, different profiles on the reverse sides, type of tiling tools, work method a.o. Calculations are therefore not allowed to be based on these values. In case of larger projects we recommend to assess the consumption by making a trial surface. Applications in the combined method (buttering-floating) increase the consumption by approx. 20 to 25%. In case of powder products the data relate to the consumption of dry powder for easier calculation of the material requirement.
