BAU 2013: PCI expands gardening and landscaping portfolio

Three new products defy wind and weather

PCI Augsburg GmbH expands its gardening and landscaping range for 2013. With PCI Pavifix CEM ROC, USM and FFM, the construction materials manufacturer has expanded its range of gardening and landscaping products with three advanced and highly-specialised joint grouts that make it easier for gardeners and landscapers to do jobs such as grouting, laying, filling and fixing. This makes PCI a full-range supplier in the gardening and landscaping sector. "The user can now take advantage of PCI products that are designed to work together, rather than having to turn to other suppliers for certain applications," says Oliver Marek, Product Manager at PCI.

With its Pavifix range, over the last 7 years PCI Augsburg GmbH has been offering a variety of quality products designed to keep even outdoor grouting looking attractive and in good condition. The ready-to-use water-permeable PCI Pavifix 1K Extra grout is ideal for garden paths, terraces and garage entrances.

The new PCI Pavifix CEM ROC can be used along with the proven elutriation method in traditional path and road construction, and can also be used as a malleable joint grout. With this new product it is even possible to grout vertical surfaces with wider joints of between 5 and 50 mm. PCI Pavifix CEM ROC is also suitable for laying, fixing and pointing natural stone walls.

PCI Pavifix CEM ROC is salt-resistant and highly wear-resistant, so it is suitable for use on normal paving and gutters.

PCI Pavifix USM is suitable for laying and bedding paving stones, natural stone, kerbstones and concrete bed surrounds. It is also ideal for fixing fence posts, signs and rotary driers, for use as screed below natural stone, tiles or concrete blocks, and for filling cavities.
