F.A.Z.-Institute: first place for PCI in the "Highest Quality 2022" study
In October 2022, PCI Augsburg GmbH was again honored by the renowned F.A.Z. Institute and achieved first place in the "Highest Quality 2022" study with the highest possible number of points in the building materials and accessories category. This means that the manufacturer of construction chemicals products in Germany is the industry benchmark once again.
The quality of products and services is an essential success factor for companies. It shapes the perception of companies - and is therefore an important criterion in the purchase decision. Against this background, the F.A.Z. Institute analyzed 19,000 companies within the study period from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022 in the study "Highest Quality 2022" in various subject areas ranging from customer satisfaction and degree of innovation to sustainability and recommendation and detailed questions about quality management, quality controls, customer service, etc. With 100 out of 100 possible points, PCI Augsburg GmbH once again achieved first place in the building materials and accessories category and is thus the industry benchmark.

PCI Augsburg GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of construction chemicals products in Germany with over 1,200 employees and nearly 350 million euros in sales. For the study, the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF) analyzed around 19,000 companies on behalf of the F.A.Z. Institute (a company of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung publishing group). To do this, the institute used the data from a social listening with 19 million mentions in several hundred million online sources. In addition, comprehensive and structured online questionnaires were evaluated.
